The Antico Frantoio Toscano is a historic company that has been producing quality extra virgin olive oil since 1839. The Peccianti family has always invested heavily in research and innovation, managing over the years to patent a oil mill automation system and a method of extracting polyphenols from the olive waste water.



Today the company has reached 125,000 olive trees and expects to plant 200,000 olive trees shortly. The land is located in Bibbona, Cecina, Suvereto and Baratti. All the olives are pressed within 24 hours of harvesting in the company oil mill which has 3 pressing lines. It is produced exclusively cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. The oil is packaged on the farm and sold not only in Italy but also abroad, United States, France, Germany, etc .... With a method patented by the Peccianti family, the Polyphenols are extracted from the waste water of the olives with which a cosmetic line has been produced. Polyphenols are powerful antioxidants with numerous beneficial effects.
