The love of wine has moved our souls, it has demanded our commitment and it has conquered and redesigned our lives. We chose Bolgheri because it’s a place where an extremely lively wine business is concentrated, where excellent wines are produced, famous all over the world for the seriousness and professionalism of the producers and for the exceptional natural characteristics of the territory. The light in Bolgheri is amplified by the sea, like a mirror; the breeze constant is moved by the hills that follow each other; nature is very rich and bursting, vigorous and intense. It is a place where natural and human resources are concentrated and intensified, and here they find a territory where to express themselves by giving products (wine, oil …) of the highest level. Ours is a certified organic and biodynamic viticulture and olive cultivation.

Abandoned land, ruined ruins, a small stream always generous with water, a nature bursting in a soft valley, near the sea. In 2002 we started to recover this wonderful place, planting the vineyards, restoring the old mills of 1700 and giving life and energy to this forgotten place.
Nature is much stronger than us, able to live independently, with laws, rhythms and rules that you have to understand, before you do anything. We stopped forcing the vineyards, we made them live with natural herbs. Since 2012 we have therefore become the first organic certificates and from 2017 the first biodynamic certificates.
With 3.3 ha in production and an altitude ranging from 90 to 120 s.l.m., we find an agriculture in symbiosis with animals (for example our bees) and with the surrounding plants (our olive trees).
The red vines, classic of Doc Bolgheri, are Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc, Merlot, Syrah, Petit Verdot, but also Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo and Pugnitello. The white vines are Vermentino, Manzoni Bianco, Viognier and Sauvignon G.
Fermentations take place with autochthonous yeasts. All the wine production operations are done by hand, from the harvest to the packaging. We use large barrels instead of barriques to refine the wine that must express the characteristics of this intense territory and we reused ancient materials such as terracotta jars to enhance the characteristics of the fruit.
