History
The Relais features 15 suites and 11 apartments nestled on a hill above the sea. It offers a restaurant, Il Sale, and an agricultural bar, Il Sal8, where seasonal organic ingredients straight from the farm itself are used to create simple, incredible dishes. And don't forget the expertly selected local wine list and the wine tourism events organized and hosted by Poggio ai Santi. A place to indulge in all that this slice of Tuscany has to offer.
