The passion for this land, the link with the family’s origins, accompanied Otello Fabiani’s decision, together with his sons Carlo and Luigi, when they bought the farm in 1975 in the prestigious Bolgheri wine-growing area; the first bottle of their flagship wine dates back to 1978. In the 2000s, an old farmhouse was renovated and turned into a holiday farm.
History
Initially, four hectares of vines were purchased in Campastrello, where the winery is located. Over the years another four hectares were purchased on the Via Bolgherese and recently another six hectares located in the Bolgherese district, for a total of fourteen hectares today. The company also has two hectares of olive groves spread over the various plots.
Inside the company centre is the 11-room accommodation facility surrounded by a garden and large sunbathing patio.
